Cancellation Policy
As a hairstylist, my time is valuable, and I strive to provide the best possible service to all my clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge of 30% of the total service cost.
2. No-Call, No-Show Appointments
• If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 75% of the total service cost.
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is triggered (e.g., cancellations within 24 hours or no-call, no-shows). This ensures fairness and helps respect everyone’s time.
